Realized the first vocational training couse created by UDS for Red AGE Ecuador

The first continuous vocational training created by Università dei Sapori for chefs and professors of the most important Ecuadorian gastronomic organization was concluded on May 27th, in the presence of the Ecuadorian Ambassador in Italy, Juan Fernando Holguín Flores, and Minister Xavier Aliaga Sancho.

A Cooperation Framework Agreement was signed on October 14th at the UDS headquarters between Università dei Sapori – International Centre for Food Education and Culture – and RED Academica Gastronómica de Ecuador - AGE, paving the way to an important alliance between Universities and Institutions of Higher Education.

At the closing ceremony were also present Fabio Paparelli, vice President of the regional Government for economic development, tourism and intangible infrastructures, Luigi Rossetti, director of Umbria region productive activities, job and education, and Marina Cecilia Sereni, international activities coordinator of Sviluppumbria.

“We are convinced that, in international relations, professional training leads directly to the building of shared objectives. The presence of His Excellency Juan Holguín shows it and underlines the importance of similar paths” stated Anna Rita Fioroni, President of Università dei Sapori.

The great success of the initiative was testified by the students and teachers who led the Ecuadorian chefs along these three weeks of full immersion training in pastry, gelato and chocolate.
